Combinations the label cautions against
Do not layer Blue Hour in the same routine with direct vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) or AHA/BHA exfoliating acids. This is a product-specific direction, not an optional “use care” suggestion. Do not extend it into a blanket statement about all vitamin C derivatives or all copper peptide formulas.
Introduce products gradually
Patch test before first use and introduce one new product at a time. A short ingredient list, or the absence of added fragrance, does not mean a formula cannot irritate skin. Stop use if irritation or redness persists.
